Renovation of an educational facility in Kentfield, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of work will include the following at the Kentfield Campus, located at 835 College Avenue, Kentfield, CA 94904; demolition of the existing Learning Resources Center, adjacent parking, and circulation; DSA approval, construction, and DSA closeout of a new Learning Resources Center and the Student Services Center and the construction of improvements thereon. The District expects to issue the Notice to Proceed in October of 2021. The anticipated move-in date range for the Project is December 2024-January 2025. August 2023 to March 2025 - Construction phase duration 606 days August 31, 2020 - Last day for Contractors to submit questions to District (due by 4:00 p.m.) Liquidated damages are $2,000 for each calendar day construction completion is delayed No LEED requirements or the Project The RFI deadline is now 11/30/22 by 5PM, if you have any RFI -email to bids@altenconstruction.com.
