Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of April 4, 2019, project was awarded to DWA Construction, Inc. for $177,822.57. There is not yet an anticipated start date. Completion, per the contract documents is June 1 for all work not related to asphalt and June 15 for all asphalt work. The Project consists of underground utility work, including culinary water service, 6"sewer lateral, storm drain piping, detention basin, trench drain, storm water sump, electrical conduit, fiber optic conduit, finish grading for parking area just east of new restroom, asphalt paving just east of new restroom, concrete flatwork, paint parking stalls and ADA messages, and all other work required to render the project complete. No pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
