The City of Vienna is seeking sealed bids for the repair of the spillway on the dam located in the McDonough Park Wildlife Refuge No bid may be withdrawn after that time for a period of ninety (90) days. Vendors must be registered with the State of West Virginia. If applicable, a City business license must be obtained and City Business and Occupation taxes paid before the final payment is rendered. Prospective bidders must provide a copy of a current WV Business Registration Certificate.
