The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General construction. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Construction of a rock arch rapids structure through the existing dam structure consisting of baserock and weirstone as indicated on construction plans 2. Demolition of existing concrete dam structure to an elevation as noted on construction plans. 3. Reconstruction of the existing failed earth embankment on the north side of the concrete dam structure. 4. Construction of containment embankments longitudinally along the stream for the rock arch rapids structure. 5. Dewatering strategy for construction. 6. Clearing and grubbing. 7. Vegetation establishment along embankments and near bank area for sediment and erosion control and stability. 8. ADA compliant access path along north embankment as indicated on construction plans. 9. Re-establishment of Stanton Lake Reservoir levels to elevation as indicated on construction plans. This project is TG/ED/VO preference and has a 3% targeted group (TG), economically disadvantaged (ED), and veteran-owned (VO) small business subcontracting goal. Plan Holders will be notified via email as addenda are issued. Parties that download the plans and specifications and need to have them printed elsewhere are solely responsible for those printing costs. Note: Paper copies of plans and specifications will not be distributed by the Owner or its agent(s) Parties may become a Subscriber by paying an annual cost of $200 for unlimited downloads. The 'Download Delivery Fee Selection' is charged to each plan holder once the download of bid documents is initiated. The 'On-line Bidding Fee Selection' 'Bidder Pays (min. $25.00)' is an additional charge to bidders who submit an electronic bid at the time of bid close. Plan Holders are parties that have downloaded the plans and specifications. Plan Holders will be notified via email as addenda are issued. Parties that download the plans and specifications and need to have them printed elsewhere are solely responsible for those printing costs.
