The Town of Islip proposes to construct a new animal shelter facility to be installed in the vicinity of South Technology Drive and DPW Drive in Central Islip. The anticipated work to be performed under the HVAC Contract will include but is not limited to: heating, ventilation, air conditioning and HVAC work associated with other aspects of the project.The Bidder proposes to furnish all the labor, supervision, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to do all the work required under the HVAC Contract and to finish and complete the work within the time period specified, No bid will be accepted by email or facsimile.
