Site work, paving and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Plantation, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 3,630-square-foot fire / police facility; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Consists of an addition to and renovation of existing Fire Station #5 located at 901 North Pine Island Road, Plantation, Florida, 33324. The new addition is approximately 1,498 square feet of air-conditioned space with an engineered wood truss roof to match the existing roof. The air-conditioned space to be remodeled consists of approximately 2,132 square feet and will renovate the kitchen, bathrooms, multipurpose areas, and added office space. The new addition will have a brick veneer to match the brick on the existing original building. Site work consists of new onsite concrete walks, a ramp, relocation of utilities, and modified parking areas.
