Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Site Excavation, grading, backfilling of dense graded crushed stone, compaction and asphalt pavement at 339 East Eagle Street, East Boston, MA 02128. The contractor shall excavate the area directly adjacent to the salt shed, which is on the easterly side of said shed. The contractor shall excavate the mentioned area to at least 12 inch in depth and shall remove move the excavated material and relocate it along the outside North wall of the salt shed. Once the dense graded crushed stone is graded and compacted and accepted by the Superintendent, the contractor shall pave the area in question using 2" of binder and then followed by 2" of finish asphalt. All work must follow the industry standards and all work must be approved by the Superintendent of Buildings and Bridges.
