Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Winchester Bay, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Project Awarded Lighthouse Electric Inc (unable to verify) Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit or Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. All bidders must submit a list of their first-tier subcontractors. Bids received after the due date and time will not be considered. Bids may not be withdrawn after the time set for opening. This project consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Installation of 40 electrical pedestals and new electrical wire. The Board of Commissioners will not consider a bid unless the bidder is registered with the Construction Contractor's Board. Bidders shall comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 (Prevailing Wage Rates). Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120. The project does not require a contractor or subcontractor to be licensed under ORS 468A.720 for asbestos abatement. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all responsive bids, to waive technicalities and to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder. The Board of Commissioners may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements and may reject for good cause all bids upon a finding that it is in the public interest to do so
