For First Data Field - Maintenance Facility Renovation and Addition This project consists of two main components: Maintenance Building A: The renovation of an existing metal building with the following modifications: the elimination of 10'-0" wide bay overhead doors, seal door openings with girts and metal panels to match existing. There are a couple of areas where existing metal panels will need to be modified/repaired. The abandoned bay will become part of the remodeling of the Break Area, new ADA compliant Restroom and Office. This area will require new stud walls, acoustic ceilings, air conditioning, plumbing, fixtures, cabinets and counters, LED lighting, electrical, etc. as indicated in the plans. Storage Shed B: This addition of a steel and metal building is to mirror the existing in size and scope. This addition will receive a metal roof only with no enclosed storage or wall panels. There are a couple of areas where the existing panels will need to be modified/repaired. This shed building will receive all new LED lighting.
