The City of Lebanon (the "City") is issuing a request to interested development firms and professionals to submit their qualifications to provide a master development plan to include the necessary design, plans and specifications, and financing to redevelop City-owned properties (the "Properties") on North Mechanic Street. The selected firm (the "Developer") will enter into a master development agreement with the City to purchase/lease and redevelop the Property. The Developer must have demonstrated expertise and experience in similar redevelopment projects involving infill redevelopment within an urban setting. The Developer must demonstrate the financial capacity to complete the project. As of July 6, 2022, the project will be part of the FY 2023 Budget. Further details regarding design and construction timelines have not been identified.
