Reference number : 1249275 The Town of Roberval is launching a call for tenders for the supply and installation of asphalt concrete pavement in different streets of Roberval in the form of a wear layer or single layer. Only bids prepared on forms provided by the City of Roberval will be considered. Bid guarantee Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, a bank draft, a bid bond or an irrevocable letter of guarantee, according to the validity indicated in the tender document, of an equivalent amount 10% of the bid amount. The Town of Roberval undertakes not to accept the lowest or any of the bids received, nor to incur any costs of any kind towards the bidder or bidders. A guarantee of performance and a guarantee of the obligations of the Contractor for pledges, materials and services which must each be an amount equivalent to 50% of the total amount of contract.
