A pre-bid meeting has not been set for this project. Vendor, hereinafter referred to as Vendor or Respondent, is to design, furnish, and install conduit for the purposes of a future camera system at two City facilities with cameras on each level at each location. At the completion of the install, the Vendor shall supply drawings indicating where connection boxes and conduit runs are located. All installation work is to be completed no later than June 7, 2019. Vendor shall have prior experience with installing conduit for the purposes of Power of Ethernet (POE) camera systems. Vendor shall have experience and be licensed to install and provide power outlets. Vendor shall provide the City an installation plan with installation dates within ten days of the execution of the agreement. Work is to be completed at both parking garages where there is vehicle traffic. The installation should not prevent the parking garages from being used by public transient parkers or permit parkers. The Vendor shall make an effort to schedule crews to work before or after-hour peak hours if they cannot work around daily parkers. Drawings will be provided to show where the conduit runs are intended to be installed. The Vendor shall acquire and maintain commercial general liability insurance coverage in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence with the City being named as additional insured for all claims arising out of the Vendor's work, including completed operations coverage (if required in the Request for Proposals/Bids). For contracts in excess of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($250,000), the Vendor shall provide ISO general aggregate endorsement CG 25 03 which provides a project specific aggregate of $2 million for general liability.
