A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Eastern Buffalo Division Bridge Joint Replacements on I-90, Mainline Thruway from MP 378.56 to MP 422.8 and I-190, Niagara Thruway from MP N4.24 to MP N 11.55 in the Buffalo Division in Erie and Genesee Counties in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. Your bid must be secured with either a Bid Bond or a Bid Deposit. A Bid Bond must be in the amount of 25% of the total bid and must be on the Authority's Bid Bond Form (TA-44117) which is included in the Proposal. A Bid Deposit must be a certified check or cashier's check made payable to the New York State Thruway Authority in the amount of $750,000.00. The New York State Thruway Authority has discontinued the practice of reproducing and furnishing full-size and half-size plans to Contractors after contract award. Contractors shall be responsible for their own hard copies of plans and proposals at no additional cost to the Authority. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 10% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 8%
