Renovation of a medical facility in Waco, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The HUB Goal for this solicitation is 32.9%. For Anti-Ligature Adaptation and Emergency Generator Replacement. Replace miscellaneous restroom and bedroom accessories, plumbing and ceiling fixtures and door hardware with anti-ligature fixtures. Provide gypsum board ceilings in rooms, coordinate access hatches as needed for above ceiling access. Assess restrooms for ADA requirements compliance. Remove and replace existing obsolete 30 kW emergency generator with new 100 kW generator to serve full-loads for campus Buildings 501 and 517. Investigate/test proper sizing of new generator to identify load. Provide a complete and operating system of Class 24, Type 10, Level configurations. The Owner may evaluate the Proposals based on the anticipated completion of all or any portion of the Project. The Owner reserves the right to divide the Project into multiple parts, to reject any and all Proposals and re-solicit for new Proposals, or to reject any and all Proposals and temporarily or permanently abandon the Project. Owner makes no representations, written or oral, that it will enter into any form of agreement with any Respondent to this RFP for any project and no such representation is intended or should be construed by the issuance of this RFP. The approximate cost for construction of the Project is $324,064.00
