Site work and renovation of a civil project in Crystal Springs, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Furnishing of all labor and materials, and for performing all activities specified in the Contract Documents, for the construction of the 592 Water and Sewer Improvements. The project includes the Sewage Lift Station Improvements and Waterline Replacement. The Contract Time will be One Hundred Fifty (150) consecutive calendar days, and the liquidated damages will be $250 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. Bids for this work will be accepted only under the name of the Bidder to whom the Contract Documents and Addenda, if any, have been issued by the Engineer. Bids received by bidders to whom the Contract Documents were not issued by the Engineer will be returned unopened. State law requires a non-resident bidder to attach/include a copy of his resident state's current law pertaining to such state's treatment of non-resident contractors with their bid. Any bid submitted by a non-resident contractor which does not include the non-resident contractor's current state law shall be rejected and not considered for award. Bids will be considered by the City of Crystal Springs at or before the next regular meeting thereof to be held within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of bids. The successful bidder must comply with the Davis-Bacon Act which requires that all laborers and mechanics shall be paid at rates not less than those determined by the Department of Labor to be prevailing for the locality in which the project is located. The City of Crystal Springs reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in the bidding and to reject any and all bids.
