This contract is subject to the Project Labor Agreement ("PLA") entered into between the City and the Building and Construction Trades Council of Greater New York ("BCTC") affiliated Local Unions. All organizations intending to do business with the City of New York should complete an online disclosure process to be considered for a contract. This disclosure process was formerly completed using Vendor Information Exchange Systempaper-based forms. In anticipation of awards, bidders/proposers must create an account and enroll in PASSPort, and file all disclosure information. Paper submissions, including Certifications of No Changes to existing packages will not be accepted in lieu of complete online filings. Companies certified by the New York City Department of Small Business Services as Minority- or Women- Owned Business Enterprises ("M/WBE") are strongly encouraged to submit a bid.
