Unless pre-qualification is waived, these Specifications require that OTA will only accept Proposals from Bidders who are pre-qualified by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation on the date of receipt of Proposals.The Authority will have thirty (30) working days from the date of award to complete its execution of the contract. The Oklahoma Turnpike Authority hereby notifies all bidders that pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business programs will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, religion or national origin in consideration for an award. All contractors submitting a bid for this contract must have purchased project plans as set forth above. This is a material requirement of this bid notice. Failure to comply will cause the bid to be considered nonresponsive. Compliance will insure the bidder is registered as a project plan holder, has the final project plans and addenda thereto, if any. The project plans and bid documents available on the ota's website are preliminary, are not updated and are not to be relied upon when completing and submitting a proposal.
