Douglas County, Kansas Request for Bid No. 19-F-0011 Douglas County, Kansas is soliciting bids for Residential Heating and AC Upgrades for the Fairgrounds Douglas County, Kansas is soliciting bids for seven residential heating and a/c systems at the fairgrounds. One other locations will be considered as alternates and will be awarded depending on available funding. Minimum specifications and existing equipment list is provided within these documents. 1.1 Scope of Work Contractor will be responsible for all cost required to complete the work described in the specifications and drawings. All work shall be performed in accordance with the current mechanical codes, rules, and regulations per local codes. All material and equipment shall be new. Demo, used, or remanufactured models are not acceptable. Proposed prices must include labor, materials, tools, equipment, delivery, removal and disposal of existing unit(s), and other cost necessary for a turnkey installation. Manufactures warranty must be included as an attachment to the bid. Specifications and literature ofthe unit bid must accompany the bid. A complete list identifying special tools, testing, and diagnostic equipment required to troubleshoot, service, and maintain and overhaul any unit shall be provided.
