As of May 24 the project will not be awarded until after July 1, 2019 Questions regarding plans and specifications should be addressed in writing to Purchasing Department, at purchasing@cantonohio.gov. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. All bidders will be required to comply with the City Contract Compliance Program regarding equal employment opportunity. After submission and opening, no bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the City reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
