The project extends from South Estes Street to South Carr Street in the South Hampden frontage road of US 285, then south on South Carr Street to the Foothills Golf Course parking area. This project is located in the Lakehurst Water and Sanitation District, Jefferson County, Colorado. The project includes rehabilitation of approximately 3,700 linear feet (12 runs) of 24-inch, 13 linear feet (1 run) of 18-inch, and 14 linear feet (1 run) of 10-inch sanitary sewer main using trenchless pipeline rehabilitation technology (CIPP). The project includes preparing and rehabilitating 154 vertical feet of manholes (15 manholes) using cementitious lining materials, removing and replacing brick risers in 5 manholes, and the reconstruction of 1 manhole. A 10 percent bid bond or certified check payable to Lakehurst Water and Sanitation District shall be submitted with each bid. The Bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish Performance and Maintenance and Labor and Material Payment bonds to the District. The Performance and Maintenance and Labor and Material Payment bonds shall be furnished in the amount of 100 percent of the contract, in conformity with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to accept that proposal or combination of proposals, if any, which in its sole and absolute judgment, will under all circumstances best serve the Districts interest.
