Site work for a civil project in Abbotsford, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: Detention Pond: Construction of a new stormwater detention pond including: Excavation and removal of approx. 19,500 m3 of spoil c/w various removals Flow control chamber and all associated appurtenances 75 m of 900 mm ø storm sewer and all associated appurtenances 900 mm ø inlet/outlet headwalls and all associated appurtenances Toe drain system c/w perforated pipe and manholes Pond berm c/w low permeable liner Grass & rip rap lined channels Landscaping Instream tie-in works c/w environmental compensation planting Restoration of existing asphalt pathway Booster Pump Station: Construction of a new water pump station including: New pump station building New station piping and pumps (3 pumps) Motor control centre (MCC) SCADA antenna and radio modem. Supply and installation of site piping including: 3x450 mm ø gate valves. 17 m of 450 mm ø ductile iron watermain and all associated appurtenances. 15 m of 600 mm ø ductile iron watermain and all associated appurtenances. Site retaining walls, site grading, site drainage and access driveway. Construction of access road, retaining walls and associated drainage. Construction of a BC Hydro PMT and ducts including all associated civil works. Construction of BC Hydro conduits civil works. Construction of Wells Gray Ave repaving works.
