In case the successful bidder fails to execute such contract and provide the required bonds and insurance certificate within the time specified the amount of the check or bid bond shall be forfeited to the Village as liquidated damages. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled time of bid closing. The letting of the contract shall be subject to the provisions of Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin State Statutes. All in accordance with the Contract Documents, including location map, plans and specifications, on file in the office of Engineering Services, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Bidders Proof of Responsibility for 2019 is required on all bids in excess of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00).
