Direct Inquiries To: Victoria O'Cain COLUMBIA WAREHOUSE ROOF PROJECT 5500 Broad River Road Columbia, SC 29212 SCOPE OF WORK Building 18,876 sq. ft. floor space o Pressure wash entire roofsurface. o Tighten all fasteners and replace any fasteners that are stripped. o Prep rust areas by applying ASTEC B1671 rust inhibitor to entire roof. o Encapsulate all fasteners using ASTEC WPM #9 to provide a watertight seal. o All horizontal/ vertical seams and termination bars to be sealed using Butyl Backed tape and ASTEC WPM #9. o All protrusions to be flashed and sealed with Butyl Backed Tape and ASTEC WPM #9. All odd shape protrusions will use ASTEC WPM #10. o Skylights to be flashed and sealed with Butyl Backed Tape and WPM #9. Skylights to be coated and sealed with ASTEC skylight sealer. o Apply two (2) coats of ASTEC #2000 Finish to entire roof. o Provide owner with ten (10) year product warranty. o Contractor to provide one (1) year labor warranty. SPECS Product- ASTEC Re-Ply Roofing Systems Prep o Roof must be completely clean and dry before application of new product. Top Coat o Apply with commercial spray equipment with a minimum of 3,300 PSI for at least 2.2 gallons per minute. Warranty o Provide owner with ten (10) year product warranty. o Contractor to provide one (1) year labor warranty
