The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for the Sewer Line Repair Project at Valley of the Rogue State Park, 3792 N. River Road, Gold Hill, Jackson County, Oregon 97525 for the benefit of Oregon Parks and Recreation Department. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Document The Deadline for all Specification protests, requests for brand approval, requests for substitution, requests for clarification and requests for changes is: 2:00 PM, April 4, 2019. All requests must be in writing, mailed, faxed, emailed or hand delivered on or before this time and date. All prospective Offerors should read thoroughly all solicitation documents prior to requesting clarification. PROJECT ESTIMATE: The following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes: $60,000 - $65,000 enter this in value - $65,000 Tobacco Free Properties : Offerors need to be aware that Executive Order 12-13 established statewide policy that properties wholly owned or leased by the State of Oregon shall be tobacco free. If Offeror is selected for contract award, Offeror, and its employees, agents and subcontractors will be expected to comply with established smoking restrictions while performing services on State property.
