The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified sources for Architectural and Engineering services for the comprehensive design of a new Three Story Elementary School, grades K-5 for Prince William County Public Schools. The qualified Offeror may include a single firm of registered/qualified design professionals capable of providing the requisite services listed below or a firm partnering with multiple firms capable of the same. This project will be executed in accordance with local, county and state standards and requirements governing the design and development of public facilities. The contents of the proposal submitted by the successful Offeror, this RFP and all modifications made thereof, will become part of any contract award. A Pre-proposal Conference will NOT be held for this procurement.
