The South Hamilton CSD - New Concession Stand Project consists of removing and disposing of the entire existing concession stand (52'-0" x 26'-0") constructed of 8'-0" high concrete block interior and exterior walls and a wood roof framing with steel cladding, all concrete floor slabs and below grade footings and foundation wall all electrical and plumbing fixtures and piping. The existing building has some interior walls from the concession stand forming a concession sales room, two restrooms and an irrigation room. Also remove one existing ticket booth (10' x 6' x 8' high) constructed of 8" concrete block and cap concrete roof slab and all footings and foundations. The Owner shall abate all existing asbestos from the existing concession stand building and ticket booth prior to the contractors beginning any demolition. The New concession building will consist of 8" thick x 4'-0" high cast-in-placed concrete exterior walls and 6" thick x 4'-0" high cast-in-placed concrete interior walls with 5'-0" high 2x6 wood framed walls on top of all concrete walls, with metal siding exterior cladding and wood framed roof structure with pre-finished standing seam metal roof with new concession stand, two large restrooms and 2 athletic changing rooms and all related mechanical and electrical items and systems. Work is to commence on Saturday, May 11th, 2019 and be completed by Saturday, August 31st , 2019.
