Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 3% Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $733,800 for C. Further, Project Labor Agreement (PLA) Projects require a completed form BDC 59P (Project Labor Agreement List of Subcontractors) be filled out and submitted (included in a separate, sealed envelope) in accordance with Document 002221, Supplemental Instructions to Bidders - PLA. Failure to submit this form correctly will result in a disqualification of the bid. All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract, estimated to be between $29,000,000 and $30,000,000 for C.
