This project consists of a traffic study of the area on and around Hobard Rd to provide Public Works with information to explore the feasibility of various alternatives for the section of Hobart Rd which crosses over the Norfolk Southern Rail. Possible alternatives include terminating the crossing, relocating the crossing, or a roundabout traffic control at Longreen/Spring Park intersection. The County reserves the right to accept one or more proposal and reject any or all proposals received in response to this solicitation and to waive informalities and irregularities. The County also reserves the right to terminate this solicitation and reissue a subsequent solicitation, and/or remedy technical errors in the solicitation process. The Method of Contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
