Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Work included under this project consists of Roof Refurbishment associated with the Student Rec Center. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified in the Contract Documents at the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the State System of Higher Education. Contract construction cost ranges $80,000 to $120,000. If any discrepancies should be found between existing conditions and the Contract Documents, prospective bidders shall report these discrepancies to the System for clarification prior to submitting a bid. Failure of the bidder to visit the site, recognize and take into account in their bid site conditions that affect the Work, shall not be considered sufficient cause for any increase in the agreed-upon contracted amount. Submit Pre-Bid Questions by posting them at the Questions Tab on eProcurement Exchange Cut-off Date for Pre-Bid Questions: Any/all questions regarding this project are to be submitted in writing no later than 4:00 p.m., on Thursday, April 11, 2019.
