Estimated Quantities Bituminous Wear Course 8,431 TN; Bituminous Removal 1,550 SY; Bituminous Replacement 250 TN; Full Depth Reclamation 8,031 SY; and other necessary Appurtenances,according to plans and specifications All bids shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond, or certified check payable to the order of Town of Big Lake for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid. Bids shall be addressed to the Township Clerk, securely sealed, and endorsed upon the outside wrapper with a brief statement or summary as to work, equipment, or materials for which the bid is made. The Township Supervisors reserve the right to reject all bids or any alternatives; to hold bids for sixty (60) days; to accept any bid which, in the opinion of the Township Supervisors, serves the best interest of the Townships; and to waive any minor irregularities.
