Replace nine (10) existing HVAC Units and related equipment with new Trane equipment. See list of units below.
(1) - 2 Ton Split Heat Pump 208 single phase with 5 KW heat strips
(2) - 3 Ton Split Heat Pumps 208 3 phase with 10 KW heat strips
(4)- 3.5 Ton split Heat Pumps 208 3 phase with 10 KW heat strips
(1) - 4 Ton Split Heat Pump 208 3 phase with 10 KW heat strips
(1) - 5 Ton Split Heat Pump 208 3 phase with 10 KW heat strips
(1) - 18,000 BTU Mitsubishi Mini Split P series wall mount unit, condenser and line set. All equipment must be commercial grade and comparable to existing equipment and optional features.
Line sets must be flushed, if they are not correctly sized for new equipment they must be replaced.
All air handlers must have two new safety switches (eg. SS2 and Aqua guard) and correctly sized secondary drain pan.
New equipment must be tied into smoke detectors with global shutdown.
All air handlers must have common sized filter rack.
Pads for condensers to be poured concrete pads. Existing pads can be used if they are correct size for new unit.
All ductwork, wiring, disconnects, thermostats and piping to be included in bid.
Thermostats to be Honeywell T6 Pro.
Contractor to coordinate work to blend with schedule of the facility. No more than one unit to be down at a time unless prior approval from owner.
Contractor is responsible for all debris and equipment disposal and recycling in accordance with all DHEC and Richland county codes and ordinances.
All work must be performed to meet or exceed current code and must include everything outlined above in original bid. WARRANTY

Contractor must start project within 10 days of receiving Statement of Award. Project must be completed within 25 days of start date. Award will be posted by 4/10/19. The award, this solicitation, any amendments, and any related notices will be posted at the following web site.
