Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Sunol, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a office development.
The objective of the project is to build a new office for Water Quality staff at the Sunol Valley Water Treatment Plant. The work is to be performed in Alameda, California. The contract will be awarded to the responsible Bidder submitting the lowest responsive bid. Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 11.00% and ONLY San Francisco (Local) Small & Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement (Firms certified by SF Contract Monitoring Division). SFPUC-LBEs cannot be utilized to meet the 11.00% LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement. The LBE subcontracting participation requirement for this Contract is 11%. The requirement is less than 20% because of the large amount of supplies required and the location of the project. Please contact Vivian Liu at (415) 551-4814 for further information.
