Project includes construction of an approximately 398,000 square foot 3 story k-12 building, a 44,000 square foot 2 story digital media/CTAE building, a 33,000 square foot 2 story fieldhouse/campus police headquarters, and a 6,000 square foot 1 story athletic complex. The project is new construction on the old campus that has been previously demolished. The project includes classrooms, a high school competition gymnasium, playgrounds, administration suites, digital media labs, athletic support spaces, restrooms, concessions, athletic fields, and an auditorium. On March 1, 2020, a Mandatory Pre-Qualification Process for the Construction of the New K-12 Multi-Campus was posted under RFQ C20-22. Nine (9) vendors submitted Qualification Statements and all nine (9) vendors were deemed Qualified Vendors, which allows only the following vendors to submit a bid in response to this solicitation, Bid # C21-01 -- (ESPLOST) K-12 Multi-Campus (New Construction). Bidders are responsible for ensuring that their bids are timely received. The time of receipt shall be determined by the time stamp assigned by the e-Builder program.
