Contract One - General Construction Contract Two - Electrical Construction Contract Three - Heating and Ventilation Expected Contract Value $110,000 to $120,000 Project generally consists of furnishing and installing a pole barn type enclosure over the existing UV disinfection system at the Authority's wastewater treatment plant. The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. It is brought to the attention of the Bidder that the Project will be funded by Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority, Pennsylvania Small Streams and Sewer Program Grant Agreement. The Contract is subject to all equal opportunity and other regulations imposed as a condition of obtaining such funds. The Contract is subject to the regulations contained in 40 CFR Part 30. Bidder will be required to document compliance with the "affirmative steps" outlined in the "Guidelines on Utilization of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Firms" attached to the Bidding Documents. Failure to submit documentation within ten days after Bid opening date will result in rejection of the Bid. Qualified Minority and Women Businesses Enterprise (MBE/WBE) are encouraged to respond to this Invitation to Bid. Bidders, subcontractors, their workers and any persons providing labor and products to the Project shall be persons lawfully permitted to work in the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. As a precondition of being awarded a Contract, Successful Bidder, and its subcontractor(s) are required, to provide confirmation of compliance with Act 127 of 2012, the "Public Works Employment Verification Act". The Joint Municipal Authority of Wyomissing Valley hereby reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
