No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after closing time scheduled for the receipt of bids. Contractors bidding the project and DBE subcontractors must be KYTC prequalified at the time of the bid. Subcontractors accepting subcontracts must also be KYTC prequalified.
