Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government Department of Planning and Zoning Recovery Assistance and Mitigation Planning 8026 W. Main St, 2nd Floor Houma, La 70360 Request for Statements of Qualifications for Professional Engineering Services for Louisiana's Strategic Adaptations for Future Environments (LA SAFE) Program LAKE BOUDREAUX LIVING MITIGATION PROJECT The Parish of Terrebonne hereby issues a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from design firms that possess Professional Engineering qualifications for the following purposes: (1) complete the engineering design/surveying, bathymetry and permitting if necessary; and (2) administer and implement the construction engineering/ inspection for the Lake Boudreaux Living Mitigation Project, funded by the LA Office of Community Development-National Disaster Resilience Fund under the LA SAFE program. Each submittal shall contain sufficient information demonstrating that the design firm has Professional Engineers registered in the State of Louisiana in good standing and sufficient support staff available to complete the required tasks and bidding and contract documents for the proposed project. All responses received will be evaluated in accordance with the Evaluation Criteria identified in the Request for Statements of Qualifications Packet. That Packet also identifies the general scope of services to be performed by the selected firm. Design firms submitting a response shall provide a submittal package following a format based on the designated Evaluation Criteria. Respondents shall include sufficient information about the firm's qualifications which demonstrates the appropriate capabilities for implementation of the proposed project.
