"The Public Works Contractor Registration Act", N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq. (P.L. 199, c.238) requires bidders and their subcontractors to be registered with the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development and to possess a current certificate by said Department indicating compliance with the Act prior to the time and date that bids are received. All bidders must comply with the requirements Laws Against Discrimination N.J.S.A. 10:5-1 et seq., Affirmative Action Regulations, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.
