As of July 6, 2021, construction is complete. Historic interior renovation of Tampa's City Hall building originally built in 1915. Interested contractors need to pre-qualify with Ajax Building to obtain documents. . Interested bidders may obtain the Bidder Qualifications Questionnaire by visiting our website at www.ajaxbuilding.com **Information below is for historical data** The City of Tampa desires to obtain Professional Design-Build services relating to the Old City Hall Interior Improvements.The project includes, but is not limited to, providing full designservices and construction of the interior improvements.The City of Tampa has developed a Design Criteria document for the project, including suggested chedule/phasing strategy, and existing condition photographs. The project's estimated construction budget is $17,000,000. Services will be provided under a contract for a negotiated fixed fee for completion of design and construction documents (including preparation of record drawings for use during design phase, etc.), permitting, project management, overhead, profit and a guaranteed maximum price for construction with appropriate surety bonds.
