- The removal and installation of playground and swing equipment at both Breckon Park and Sheraton Park. - Tree protection fencing and security fencing - Excavation, removals and disposal - Removal/decomissioning and disposal of 27' tall light fixtures, by electrical contractor (Sheraton Park) -Supply and install concrete perimeter curbing and transition ramps - Supply and install sub-surface drainage system for playground and swing areas. - Supply and install engineered wood fibre for playspace/swing areas. - Supply and install asphalt and concrete surfaces. - Supply and install limestone screening pathway surface. - Supply (or repaint) and install site furnishings (ex. benches) - Installation of playspace signage - Fine grading, topsoil application and sod restoration Award is subject to final approval.
