Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Oregon City, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Metro, is requesting proposals for Construction Management by General Contractor (CM/GC) for the Willamette Falls Riverwalk. Metro is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide construction management and general contracting services in two phases: preconstruction phase services and construction phase services. The selected CM/GC firm will provide scheduling, cost estimating, construction management and general contracting services starting at the pre schematic design phase through construction as described in the RFP. Anticipated Cost: Preconstruction phase and Construction phase budget range: $9,000,000 to $11,000,000 Should Metro and the CM/GC not reach agreement on a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) after the preconstruction phase, Metro reserves the right not to proceed to the construction phase. Last day to submit questions April 25, 2019 @ 2:00 PM Proposal Review/Interview period May 7, 2019 to June 6, 2019 Design Schelule March 2019 to August 2020 Establish GMP No later than April 2020 Construction May 2020 to May 2021
