Port Everglades Wayfinding Sign Project incorporates artistic elements into a functional Wayfinding system that creates and enhances the Port Everglades visitors overall experience as they interact with the Port. The Wayfinding system guides visitors using the Cruise lines to various terminal. Award of this contract will be made to the lowest responsive responsible bidder by total bid price (including optional items). In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess a specified license at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions for requirements). Each submittal shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount (refer to Bid Guaranty, Performance and Payment Guaranties, and Qualifications of Surety Requirements). The solicitation includes pass-thru allowances. It is not necessary to add your allowance amounts into your bid prices.
