This solicitation and the specifications that follow are being offered to qualify and select a contractor(s) to furnish all necessary permits, labor, equipment, materials, supervision, tools, insurance, services and all related incidentals required to perform all work necessary for on-call services from a contractor(s) to provide various building renovations and alternations at various locations (approximately 54 schools and offices) for Harford County Public Schools. Renovation or alteration services shall include, but not be limited to the following: completion of specific interior or exterior projects in conjunction with renovations, additions, demolition, insurance related claims such as fire/snow/wind damage or vandalism, portable classroom additions or removal, or to provide other modifications as required, on an as-needed basis. The Awarded Bidder(s) shall provide for services in accordance with industry standards. The requirements outlined herein are intended as an aid to acquaint Bidders with what could be required to execute the work on this contract. Inclement Weather If Harford County Public Schools Administrative Offices are closed on the day a bid is due, that bid will be due at the same time the next day the Administrative Offices are open.
