2019 Street Surfacing Project Basilica Drive, North Blettner Avenue, Bear Circle, North Third Street, Oxford Avenue and Wetzel Drive. The Project consists of resurfacing of existing pavement on North Blettner Avenue and Bear Circle, North Third Street, Oxford Avenue; pavement replacement with pervious bituminous pavement system on Basilica Drive; removal and reconstruction of sidewalk and ADA curb ramps on North Blettner Avenue and Wetzel Drive; crosswalk street marking and construction of various storm drainage pipes, structures and related work in Conewago Township, Adams County, PA. The resurfacing work generally involves preparation of the existing pavement surface, milling of existing roadway surfaces (select locations) and paving notches as indicated and as directed by the Owner's representative, base repair, placing a scratch or leveling course as directed by the Owner's representative, and placing an overlay of 1 1\1/4 inch of Superpave 9.5 mm, PG 64-22 WMA wearing course over the prepared roadway. The work on Basilica Drive involves the placement of pervious pavement.
