Site work, paving and new construction of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a three-story above grade elderly care / assisted living facility.

A. Building Program: Tenny Creek Assisted Living will be a newly constructed development consisting of a single low-rise (3-Story) building. Tenny Creek is comprised solely of studio units and targets individuals who need assistance with daily living in the least restrictive and most integrated setting possible. The project is being developed out of recognition that there are individuals in the community that have untreated serious mental illness, cognitive disability, and substance abuse that struggle to care for themselves in a supportive housing environment. The total construction cost (hard cost, sales tax, and GC contingency) is estimated at approximately $10,000,000. A. Format for Contractor Submittal: Please submit three (3) hard copies of your response and one (1) electronic copy of your response in PDF format provided on a disk or USB that should be included with your submittal.
