Site work for a mixed-use development in Whistler, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and bridge / tunnel.
Blackcomb Way Bridge pedestrian walkway improvement/rehabilitation between Glacier Drive and Chateau Blvd in the Resort Municipality of Whistler. The works include: Demolition of existing pedestrian bridge walkway and replacement with wider walkway. Removal and replacement of existing asphalt sidewalk and concrete curb north of bridge to taper to widened pedestrian bridge walkway. Removal and replacement of existing pedestrian letdown and asphalt sidewalk c/w concrete curb south of bridge to transition to widened pedestrian bridge walkway. Supply and installation of electrical and fibre conduit embedded in new pedestrian bridge walkway/sidewalk. Supply and installation of two junction boxes in new side sidewalk north and south of bridge for future tie-in. Repair of concrete bridge barrier. Lorimer Road Bus stop sidewalk repair. The works include: Removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalk. Supply and installation of drain trough and tie-in to existing CB. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca. Cancelled.
