UPS Unit 1: MITSUBISHI - Model : UP2033D - Serial No : 14-7M74566-01 - KVA : 80 Location : 33 Hazen Dr., Concord, NH Basement Server Rm. Vendor MUST be a Mitsubishi Authorized Service Provider. A copy of this certification must be provided with Vendor's bid response. Vendor shall replace battery #8. Vendor shall replace battery cable. UPS System shall be updated as specified by Mitsubishi. All work on UPS UNIT 1 must be completed on the same business day. Work on UPS UNIT 1 must be completed no later than August 31, 2019. If parts are not available before 8-31-19, work must be completed within 30 calendar days of availability. Repair shall be completed in one (1) business day. UPS Unit 2: MITSUBISHI - Model : UP2033D - Serial No : 08-7M72412-03 - KVA : 80 Location : 33 Hazen Dr., Concord, NH Basement Server Rm. Vendor MUST be a Mitsubishi Authorized Service Provider. A copy of this certification must be provided with Vendor's bid response. Vendor shall complete a comprehensive health check on UPS UNIT 2 to correct any issues that need correcting, report any repairs that cannot be corrected, and provide a written assessment on the status of the UPS as per Mitsubishi specifications. Vendor shall replace battery cable. UPS System shall be updated as specified by Mitsubishi. All work on UPS UNIT 1 must be completed on the same business day. Work on UPS UNIT 2 must be completed no later than September 30, 2019. Repair shall be completed in one (1) business day.
