The combined goal requires a reasonable representation of both MBE and WBE firm participation on the project. Boston Arts Academy Project Requesr for Qualifications (RFQ) NOTICE TO TRADE CONTRACTORS M.G.L. c. 149A, Scope includes to construct a new 152,000 square foot secondary, 9-12 High School, for the Visual and Performing Arts on the site of the existing school at 174 Ipswich Street. The scope of the project includes exterior closure, roofing, interior construction and finishes, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and finish site work/landscaping for the new Boston Arts Academy bldg at 174 Ipswich St in Boston, MA. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Estimated Cost includes construction management fee.
