Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Lauderhill, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Demolition and removal of existing floor and wall tiles, partitions, bathroom fixtures, appliances, handicap grab bars, toilet tissue dispensers, stainless steel mirrors, etc. and replacement with those approved and specified by the City. This project will be funded with Community Development Block Grant funding. Due to funding source, special requirements apply.DAVIS BACON COMPLIANCE applies. An original, three (3) copies and one electronic copy of the proposal must be received in sealed envelopes bearing the words "2019-018 St. George Park Building Improvements" and should be hand-delivered or mailed to the City Clerk, City of Lauderhill, 5581 West Oakland Park Boulevard, Suite 421, Lauderhill, Florida 33313. E-mailed and faxed proposals will not be accepted.All bidders must register electronically with the City of Lauderhill.
