Renovation of a water / sewer project in Richland, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Richland will receive competitive bids for construction of Rehabilitation of Wastewater Pump Stations #1. Project Description: Project will consist of the following work at ONE (1) wastewater pump station: removing and salvaging all submersible pumps/motors, guide rails, discharge piping, valve pit piping and valves, and all incidentals; cleaning and lining the concrete wet well; provide and install new submersible pumps/motors, guide rails, discharge piping, valve pit piping and valves, and all incidentals; removing and salvaging all control panels (excluding SCADA equipment) and providing and installing new controls and control panel. Owner requires the Project to be completed in 45 calendar days. Bidders may view the Bid Documents at the office of the Owner and office of the Engineer as well as participating Construction Association plan rooms. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bid. Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration.
