Location: In Penobscot County, project is located in Kenduskeag beginning 3.50 miles north of Glenburn Town Line and extending North 9.08 miles to 0.05 miles North of the Charleston Town Line. Outline of Work: Pavement Milling, Hot Mix Asphalt Overlay, Ultra-Thin Bonded Wearing Course, with Safety Improvements and other incidental work. The lowest responsive bidder must have completed, or successfully complete, a Highway Construction or Paving Prequalification, or project specific prequalification to be considered for the award of this contract.
